1. Go to Start Menu -> Accessories, and locate Command Prompt, right click --> Run as administrator
2. Enter one of the following commands, and hit Enter to execute:
slmgr -xpr
slmgr -dli
slmgr -dlv
3. The resulting dialog box will display the activation status of the system, with either a text description such as "The machine is permanently activated" or via License Status entry, where "Licensed" means activated.
